Job description

The spa resort is seeking a doctor to join our team, ideally with certification in the field of physiatry, balneology, and therapeutic rehabilitation. We offer a stable job position in a pleasant spa environment, where emphasis is placed on individual care and professional development. The starting salary depends on the achieved qualifications and experience: a doctor without experience starts at 60,000 Kč, a doctor with experience at 70,000 Kč, and a doctor with certification at 80,000 Kč. For a fully qualified rehabilitation doctor, individual salary conditions can be negotiated. In addition to the base salary, we provide bonuses based on the work performed. Emergency medical services are compensated separately. We offer employees free accommodation in a spacious apartment (3+1) directly within the spa premises, company catering, support for further professional education, and a supportive, individualized approach from the employer.
