We are looking for an ENT doctor for a private practice in Prague. What can you expect with us? - Flexible working hours: You can determine when and how often you will work. - Specialization according to your preferences: You can develop your interests with us, engage in day surgery, or focus on specific ENT areas. - No excessive administration: You will have an experienced team of friendly nurses and receptionists to minimize administration for doctors. - Attractive base salary: For certified doctors from 700 CZK/hour, with added motivational compensation that can bring 15,000–30,000 CZK monthly. - Bonuses and loyalty program: Additionally, you will receive rewards based on company profit every six months and a loyalty bonus every 5 years. - Support for education and language learning: We offer funded language courses directly at the workplace. - Pension contributions: We are happy to contribute to your insurance or savings up to 50,000 CZK annually. - Contributions for sports, relaxation, and culture up to 6,420 CZK annually. - Additional benefits: Discounted mobile tariffs, interest-free loans, salary advances, pharmacy and healthcare discounts for you and your family. - After individual agreement, we can assist you in finding suitable housing in Prague or help with part of the costs.
