We are offering an excellent opportunity for doctors who are looking for a stable and promising job with attractive salary compensation in a modern general practice environment in Austria. We are looking for professionals in the fields of general medicine, internal medicine, as well as specialists (gynecologists, pediatricians, and others) who have education recognized in Europe and speak German at least at a B2 level. Our offer includes a guaranteed annual income starting from 120,000 EUR, with the possibility of a 20% bonus for specialists. Working hours are 36 hours per week, providing a balance between work and personal life. In addition to the base salary, we also offer a profit share – 10% in the first year and 20% in the second year, with quarterly payments. For doctors interested in career growth, there is an opportunity to take over the practice in the third year. Additionally, we offer a company car or company apartment, modern software for medical practice, as well as a fully equipped laboratory and ultrasound equipment.
