Job description

For a modern senior facility near the city of Linz, we are seeking professional healthcare staff with qualifications recognized in Austria. We offer stable and long-term employment under an Austrian employment contract, with accommodation provided directly at the facility. Positions are available for both full-time and part-time work, according to the employee's preferences. The salary for the position of Pflegefachassistent:in (PFA) is set at 3500 € gross per month, while qualified Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:innen (DGKP) receive 3900 € gross per month. This includes shift work allowances, a daily allowance of 22.17 €, as well as a 13th and 14th salary, a nursing bonus, and free accommodation in a private room. Job responsibilities include: comprehensive care for seniors, assistance with daily activities, performing nursing and medical tasks according to qualifications, collaborating with colleagues and doctors, and maintaining medical documentation in accordance with Austrian regulations.
