She is wheelchair-bound and can provide very little assistance during transfers. Transfer assistance is performed using a lifter and occasional lifting. She requires help with hygiene, dressing, incontinence, and supervision with medication intake. Second person: A 78-year-old man, 175 cm, 55 kg, predominantly bedridden, suffers from dementia, incontinence, frailty, and has a PEG tube. He also experiences depressive states and confusion, requiring assistance with hygiene, dressing, and toileting. Wound care is provided by the Pflegedienst. The caregiver is also responsible for household management – cleaning, cooking, laundry, and shopping (stores are approximately 700 m away). Social activity is important, including conversations, accompanying on walks, and supervision of daily routines. Night care is required approximately 1–2 times per night for both seniors for toileting. The couple lives together, and internet and Wi-Fi are available. The caregiver's free time will be arranged with the family.

The salary range in Germany is between €1200 and €2200 per month on a trade license. Compensation depends on the required language and other skills, the client's health condition, and whether care is provided for an individual or a married couple. In Switzerland, the salary ranges from 2460 to 2500 CHF per month on a Swiss employment contract.
In Germany, an intermediate to good knowledge of German is most commonly required, while some families are satisfied with basic knowledge and/or require knowledge of another language, such as Czech or Russian.
